Todowing

Todowing is a Chrome extension that adds nested sub-tasks to the Todoist web app. Sub-tasks show up inline in Today, Upcoming, Boards, Filters, and Labels, nested up to four levels deep. Each row keeps its own due date, priority, and labels, and you can check sub-tasks off or reopen them without opening the task.

Free: inline sub-tasks (5 sub-task rows per top-level task), seven recolored dark palettes, and a text-size slider from 85% to 200%. No account needed.

Lifetime unlock, $19.99 once: unlimited sub-task rows, adding, renaming and reordering sub-tasks in the list, hiding completed sub-tasks, filing a task under a parent in another project, focus sessions, time estimates, a notes pad above Today, a font picker, and read-only Apple Calendar events in Today. It includes future upgrades.

Privacy: your Todoist API token stays in your browser and goes only to the official Todoist API. Your tasks don't pass through Todowing's servers, and the extension has no analytics or tracking.

Todowing is unofficial and not affiliated with Doist. It works in the Todoist web app in Chrome, not the Todoist desktop app.
